Ribbon Cutting at the Great Godfrey Maze

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s the Great Godfrey Maze! The 2017 maze will feature not only the caped crusaders that we all have grown to love, but also the local heroes that serve and protect us within our own community. We believe there is a hero in all of us.

Come out and seek your hero at the grand opening celebration of the Great Godfrey Maze. The eighteenth A-MAZE-ING season of the maze will begin with a ribbon cutting on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 6 pm. The Great Godfrey Maze will continue to be open on the weekends through October 29, 2017.  The maze is located in Glazebrook Park in the heart of Godfrey, IL, at 1401 Stamper Lane, less than 40 miles from downtown St. Louis. Beginning on October 6, an additional haunted maze will open after dark on Friday and Saturday evenings.

“The maze is a fun part of what we do as a Village,” said Godfrey Mayor Michael McCormick.
