Can I divide or subdivide my property and sell that divided portion to someone else?

The Village of Godfrey requires a plat be prepared when dividing any property.  There are several exceptions to this requirement.  It would be best to contact the Village Engineer or Building and Zoning Administrator to discuss such a matter in person.
