Parks Department – Two Request for Proposals – Fencing & Rehabilitation of the Pergola

The Park Department seeks Request for Proposals for two projects.  Both Projects Proposals are due by Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

• Request for Proposals – Rehabilitation of the Pergola on the front of the Great Godfrey Maze Concession Stand – Proposals Due:  Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.  Proposal will not be publicly opened.  The Village of Godfrey is seeking proposals for the repair of the pergola structure at Glazebrook Park.  The wood on the front of the concession stand has fallen into disrepair.  The specifications would include identifying, removing, and replacing any failing lumber that is a part of the pergola structure.  All proposals can be delivered to the Godfrey Village Hall to Christopher Logan – Director of Parks and Recreation at 6810 Godfrey Road, P.O. • Request for Proposals – Fence for Glazebrook Park Extension Playground – Proposals Due:  Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.  Proposal will not be publicly opened.  The Village of Godfrey is seeking proposals for the installation of a fence around the all-inclusive playground in the new expansion of Glazebrook Park at 1401 Stamper Lane, Godfrey, IL 62035.  All proposals can be delivered to the Godfrey Village Hall to Christopher Logan – Director of Parks and Recreation at 6810 Godfrey Road, P.O.
