POSTED 10/28/2025:  Beginning the week of November 3, 2025, Pierce Lane will be closed between Stamper Lane north to the Rolling Hills Golf Course Parking lot entrance. This will be the beginning of the first phase of a two phase construction project which will involve the construction of a drainage system, retaining walls and concrete street and curbing construction for the Pierce Lane Phase 5 project.  Traffic Control for Detour routes will be set up before lane closure. Entrance for Rolling Hills Golf Course for this Phase 1 of the work will be coming in from the North side of the Golf Course either by using Winter Lane or Airport Road.  Traffic heading south on Pierce Lane to get to Stamper Lane will need to detour using Airport Road or Winter Lane and then getting on to Godfrey Road going south and then using Stamper Lane to access Pierce Lane to going south.  Traffic heading north on Pierce Lane must detour onto Stamper Lane then get onto Godfrey Road going north and then using either Winter Lane or Airport Road to access Pierce Lane.  The hope is to finish Phase 1 in about two months depending on weather and any unforeseen construction issues.  NEW NOTICE 10/30/2025:  Detour Signs will be installed on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
