Residents in the
Tremont and Springhaven Subdivisions and residents that live on N. Humbert Rd. and Straube Ln., beginning on Thursday, April 30, 2026, will see some water main line work being done by Brighton Water. Brighton Water will have a contractor, Widman Construction, doing the work. This work is for a water main replacement project that will replace all of the existing water mains within the subdivisions. Widman Construction starting on April 30, 2026 will be working on N. Humbert Rd. from Straube Ln. to Mercury Dr. They will also be working on Straube Lane from N. Humbert Rd. to Straube Ct. These portions of the roadway will be limited to one lane periodically. It is expected to last until May 08, 2026. If residents have any questions, they should contact Brighton Water. After this work the plan is to work their way into the Tremont subdivision. The contractor will keep us updated on where they plan to be and which roads will be most affected. Widman Construction would like all residents refrain from street parking.
